Lead U.S. tax for a foreign banking organization, overseeing federal branch compliance, tax filings, ASC 740 accounting, advisory on transactions and structures, audit readiness, and coordination with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Head Office, and external advisors.

Lead end-to-end projects and Scrum teams: manage requirements, vendors, contracts, budgets, risks, KPIs, and IT governance. Coordinate development and operations (demand, incident, change/release), ensure compliance (AML/BSA), prepare executive reports, and drive agile transformations using business process modeling and OKRs.

Lead automation and systems development initiatives using Jira, BPM tools, and OutSystems. Oversee design, development, and deployment of .NET applications and AWS infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, ensure system performance and security, mentor developers, and manage project timelines and stakeholder communications.
