Supports private bankers with client relationship management, account administration, transaction execution, documentation, cash management, trade follow-up, quality control, compliance, and client issue resolution. Identifies cross-sell opportunities, coordinates with internal bank teams, monitors account activity, and provides operational support to private banking clients. The role requires strong knowledge of private banking products, sales tools, account procedures, and regulatory standards.

Provide non-discretionary global investment advice to high-net-worth private banking clients across asset classes. Conduct portfolio reviews, present strategic and tactical opportunities, generate investment ideas, assess suitability, coordinate with product and structuring teams, collaborate with bankers, and execute client orders through trading counterparties. The role requires Portuguese fluency, a Series 7 license, and travel to Latin America two to three times annually.

Develops investment analytics, dashboards, portfolio monitoring tools, and scalable personalized recommendations across thousands of portfolios. The role analyzes markets, holdings, client activity, risk, and performance; supports allocation strategies and commercial engagement; automates recommendation processes using quantitative methods and AI; prepares investment materials; collaborates with strategists and technology partners; and ensures regulatory and internal policy compliance.
