Provides senior technical leadership and enterprise architecture for Microsoft Power Platform solutions supporting a U.S. Army mission. Designs and governs Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise integrations. Establishes architecture, ALM, security, governance, deployment, and data standards in a DoD environment. Leads requirements translation, API and custom connector design, cybersecurity alignment, documentation, modernization, production transition, and technical sustainment.

Designs, implements, integrates, and sustains secure Microsoft cloud architectures using Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform. Translates mission and technical requirements into scalable solutions; supports modernization, migration, identity management, governance, integrations, monitoring, security, and application delivery. Develops architecture documentation, participates in technical reviews, supports accreditation and compliance, collaborates with developers and cybersecurity teams, and mentors junior personnel in a DoD environment.

Designs accessible, user-centered interfaces and digital experiences for U.S. Army mission and business applications. Creates user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, information architectures, dashboards, and design specifications. Conducts user research and usability testing, collaborates with stakeholders and Power Platform developers, supports Agile ceremonies, and ensures designs are implemented accurately across Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint solutions.
