Lead Volanno's technical consulting engagement to modernize ACE passenger information and signage across 10 stations. Serve as single point of contact with SJRRC, manage scope/budget/schedule over 36 months, develop procurement-ready RFP/IFB and network/ADA compliance requirements, apply signage and wayfinding standards, support procurement evaluation and implementation oversight, conduct proof-of-concepts and station visits, and ensure federal funding compliance and project closeout.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support PHP-based full-stack web applications. Build front-end interfaces, write and optimize SQL for MariaDB, work in Docker environments, deploy to and support AWS-hosted apps, maintain Linux (RHEL 9) servers, and troubleshoot production issues throughout the software lifecycle.
