Manage daily operations of a 40-person manufacturing site: supervise production, logistics and maintenance; ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity targets; lead teams, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with other sites, and handle inventory and administrative tasks.

Manage and optimize on-premises and Azure infrastructure including Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), SAN/NAS storage, backups (VEEAM), and intermediate Linux. Ensure availability, security, disaster recovery, capacity planning, monitoring, automation (PowerShell/Bash), vendor coordination, incident response, maintenance, and technical documentation.
