Serve as primary client advocate and trusted technology advisor for medium-to-enterprise clients. Create bi-annual strategic reports and 5-year roadmaps, align IT strategy with business goals, manage C-level relationships, oversee IT risk and security posture, budget planning, invoicing, scope/contract negotiations, and document technical environments while coordinating with internal teams to drive client satisfaction and retention.

The Engineer, Technical Alignment supports the Technology Alignment Department by providing proactive IT services and ensuring client technologies run smoothly, while minimizing reactive support needs.

Provide advanced remote and onsite technical support for multiple clients in an MSP environment, manage network/datacenter/security/voice technologies, act as escalation point, use monitoring and ticketing tools, interact with vendors, produce service reports, and participate in occasional on-call rotation.
