Manage Meta and Google ad campaigns to validate growth hypotheses, set up tracking and attribution, build media plans and forecasts, create basic ad creatives, monitor and optimize campaign performance, run multiple experiments, document results, and collaborate with product and marketing teams.

Design and develop training programs for adult learners in office professions, focusing on their successful integration into the German job market.
