Leads end-to-end IT and digital transformation projects across infrastructure, applications, AI, and healthcare solutions. Manages scope, timelines, budgets, implementation, testing, go-live, adoption, risks, governance, vendors, and stakeholder alignment. Reports to the CIO Switzerland and collaborates with clinical, technical, commercial, and international teams to improve patient outcomes through technology.
