Embed onsite with aerospace/defense engineering teams to design and build software integrations connecting CAD/CFD/FEM and simulation pipelines to Istari's platform. Develop production-quality code, architect reusable integrations, contribute product feedback, and support customer technical delivery and internal tooling.

Lead multiple concurrent technical programs end-to-end, managing planning, schedules, budgets, risks, and performance. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, align execution with contracts and customer expectations, produce status briefings, and ensure delivery quality. Provide technical program leadership by reviewing designs and architectures, translating customer needs into executable plans, and driving continuous improvement across program workflows.

The Federal Account Executive drives new business and growth for U.S. federal customers, managing the sales cycle from pipeline development to contract award while collaborating cross-functionally and building customer relationships.
