Teams at ISS (Institutional Shareholder Services)

Manage Swiss and international tax compliance, tax accounting, reporting, transfer pricing, VAT, withholding tax, and Pillar Two matters for STOXX Ltd. Coordinate external advisors, filings, audits, tax authorities, and cross-border requirements. Support tax governance, risk management, internal controls, commercial advisory, and management reporting while partnering with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Sales, and Operations across jurisdictions.

Supports HR operations and administration, including personnel file management, onboarding documentation, compliance records, attendance, employee exits, benefits enrollment, policy documentation, HR tickets, invoices, and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinates with hiring, IT, administration, and compliance teams to ensure accurate employee records and smooth joiner and leaver processes.

Owns global talent strategy, talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, learning and development, culture, employee listening, and data-driven talent processes. The role advises the CEO and leadership team, leads globally distributed talent initiatives, manages an L&D lead, and builds scalable programs using HR technology, people analytics, and AI.
