Research and validate global dividend and index data using multiple sources, investigate discrepancies with data providers, perform quality audits, maintain process and compliance documentation, and collaborate with global stakeholders. The role also supports automation, tool enhancements, data quality initiatives, and index operations while working rotational shifts in Mumbai.

Conducts desk research and data analysis on companies’ environmental and social risks, ESG practices, and compliance with responsible business standards. The role responds to internal and client data queries, follows methodology and quality processes, investigates data issues, monitors performance metrics, and meets assignment deadlines. It requires strong English comprehension and communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Supports sales teams by managing license agreements and opportunity lifecycles in Salesforce, ensuring accurate sales documentation, monitoring renewals, preparing reports, and identifying system improvements. The role also collaborates with Salesforce development and finance teams on continuous-improvement projects. It requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, independence, and a willingness to work a Manila-based night shift in a hybrid arrangement.
