Plans and executes company-wide culture, employee engagement, internal communication, CSR, and DE&I initiatives. Coordinates events, town halls, global programs, student outreach, and cultural activities; analyzes engagement data; manages promotional materials; and creates content for intranet and internal communication platforms. The role requires cross-cultural stakeholder collaboration, bilingual Japanese-English communication, and strong project and time management in a hybrid Tokyo work environment.

Lead the architecture, design, coding, integration, testing, documentation, and support of highly reliable embedded software for lunar landers and spacecraft systems. Translate system requirements into software designs, select processors and technologies, develop BSPs, and support functions including attitude control, communications, power and data management, command systems, and fault protection. Coordinate with subsystem engineers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams while managing schedules, quality, costs, technical issues, and software engineering teams.

Develops high-reliability embedded software for lunar landers and spacecraft systems. Responsibilities include deriving software requirements, designing architectures, selecting processors and protocols, developing BSPs and device drivers, coding, integration, testing, documentation, and fault analysis. Collaborates with avionics, ground-segment, systems, suppliers, customers, and other engineering teams while managing schedules, costs, quality, tasks, and technical issues.
