Develops and standardizes manufacturing processes and technical systems across global sites. Builds and supports Inductive Automation Ignition applications, integrates equipment and plant data, troubleshoots process and application issues, analyzes trends, and leads optimization initiatives. Partners with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, IT/OT, and R&D teams on new-product scale-up, technical standards, capital decisions, and cross-site projects. Creates documentation, training, testing, change-control, and support practices for reliable manufacturing systems.

Manages customer accounts and orders, processes quotes and inquiries, provides shipment and product information, maintains pricing and account databases, and supports field sales and technical teams. The role coordinates with customers, manufacturing, supply chain, and internal departments to drive revenue, resolve issues, improve processes, and build long-term customer relationships.
