Enforce the Ship Security Plan and support the Ship Security Officer: conduct security assessments and inspections, manage access control and screening (X-ray, metal detectors), lead security team and drills, investigate incidents, maintain security equipment and filing, coordinate with port authorities, and respond as first responder/active assailant team leader.

The Oiler is responsible for assisting with maintenance and repair work in the Engine Department, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and keeping engine rooms clean.

The Sport Staff leads sports activities on board, engages guests, ensures safety, maintains equipment, and promotes recreation programs, providing instructions for various sports and fitness activities.
