Oversee daily operations of a gated residential community, serving as liaison to the Design Review Board and Covenants Committee. Administer covenant enforcement, track construction projects, fees, and deposits, supervise maintenance staff, prepare meeting materials and minutes, and report operational updates to the Board of Directors. The role requires Florida CAM licensure, community or property management experience, knowledge of Florida association law, design review and enforcement expertise, strong writing skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
