Processes biweekly payroll, accounts payable, reconciliations, vendor payments, tax filings, and year-end reporting. Administers employee benefits, 401(k) compliance, COBRA, open enrollment, life-event changes, and license renewals. Supports HR administration, employee inquiries, meeting minutes, correspondence, office supplies, property management, and employment verifications while ensuring accurate records and regulatory compliance.

Provides direct nursing care in a clinical office, including patient assessment, management of routine and acute illnesses, medication administration, documentation, education, emotional support, triage assistance, and compliance with clinical, legal, and safety standards. The role requires communication, organization, teamwork, clinical decision-making, and flexibility in a variable patient-flow environment. Travel to other office locations and Saturday rotations are required.
