Collaborate with account management and sales teams, identify client issues, and provide solutions while maintaining strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Own relationships with government, enterprise, and business clients across Australia and New Zealand. Monitor breaking news and media channels, alert clients to relevant issues, support retention and renewals, identify upsell opportunities, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and coordinate with account management, operations, billing, and new business teams.

Supports clients by resolving queries, interpreting briefs, building Boolean media searches, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, investigating data relevance, and assisting with client retention. Collaborates with regional commercial, operations, and customer success teams across Southeast Asia to deliver accurate, timely service and actionable media insights.
