Manages construction bid opportunities from general contractor partners, including pipeline tracking, bid coordination, specification review, risk identification, RFI preparation, proposal documentation, and post-bid follow-up. Coordinates with estimating, operations, and business development teams to deliver accurate, compliant bids, support negotiations, improve win rates, and grow assigned contractor accounts.

Develops and closes construction sales opportunities across assigned territories, targeting commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, educational, industrial, and government customers. Responsibilities include building client relationships, qualifying leads, preparing and negotiating bids, presenting proposals, assessing project risks, coordinating with internal teams, supporting pre-construction budgeting, and transitioning awarded work to estimating and operations. The role requires construction knowledge, sales expertise, strong communication, customer service, and the ability to travel as needed.
