Serve as a technical advisor on Apple device management for prospects, customers, and internal teams. Deliver product demonstrations, technical deep-dives, onboarding support, troubleshooting, and escalations. Collaborate with Sales, Support, Success, Product, and Engineering; create technical resources and training materials; relay customer feedback to influence the product roadmap; and maintain expertise in MDM standards, networking, directory services, security, and SSO integrations.

Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, consolidations, intercompany accounting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The role also modernizes Finance through ERP improvements, workflow automation, AI- and LLM-assisted accounting tools, automated reconciliations, dashboards, and self-service reporting.

Provide onsite and global IT support across Apple and Windows environments, troubleshooting hardware, software, SaaS, network, and access issues. Administer IAM integrations, MDM, internal networks, and IT systems; manage device lifecycles and employee onboarding and offboarding. Create documentation, support security processes, deploy tools, collaborate with IT and security teams, and participate in rotating on-call coverage.
