Own cross-functional operational projects and improve company processes across commercial, marketing, finance, infrastructure, vendors, purchasing, and workplace operations. Coordinate stakeholders, budgets, timelines, events, customer onboarding, invoices, systems, and employee initiatives. Build workflows, manage vendors, support procurement, and independently address emerging business priorities in a fast-growing AI security startup.

Provide discreet, proactive support to the CTO and Co-Founder across personal and professional responsibilities. Manage household and family logistics, errands, vendors, appointments, travel, events, calendars, meetings, expenses, invoices, and billing. Anticipate needs, resolve issues independently, protect confidential information, and adapt to changing priorities, including occasional support outside standard working hours.

Own and improve security infrastructure, tooling, and controls across AWS cloud infrastructure, engineering systems, identity, and endpoints. Evaluate and integrate security technologies, manage security posture and vulnerabilities, partner with Infrastructure and Engineering teams, and build monitoring, detection, alerting, incident response, and automation capabilities. The role independently identifies security gaps, designs scalable solutions, and drives remediation in a fast-moving environment.
