Supervise IV admixture pharmacy technicians and oversee sterile compounding operations in an oncology practice. Responsibilities include staffing, hiring, training, performance management, medication preparation, quality assurance audits, regulatory compliance, inventory control, purchasing, waste management, equipment tracking, and operational reporting. The role requires maintaining patient safety and aseptic standards while serving as a technical resource for pharmacy, nursing, and clinical staff.

Assists with clinical oncology trial operations, including regulatory file maintenance, data entry, CRF completion, query resolution, lab processing, study drug accountability, and audit or monitoring visits. Supports compliance with protocols, federal regulations, and good clinical practice standards. Helps maintain data quality, orient staff, and coordinate research documentation and logistics. The role is full-time, weekday daytime work in a clinical cancer research setting.

Provides outpatient oncology nursing care across infusion centers, including chemotherapy and infusion treatments, patient monitoring, reaction intervention, accurate EMR documentation, and adherence to safety protocols. Requires an active Arizona RN license, oncology chemotherapy certification or OCN credential, CPR certification, driver’s license, clinical judgment, adaptability, and travel between clinic locations.
