Supports commercial insurance account managers with renewals, new business submissions, client service requests, documentation, certificates, policy changes, billing inquiries, and deadline tracking. Reviews documents for accuracy, communicates with clients and carriers, participates in meetings, and maintains organized account records. The role is designed for recent graduates and provides training in commercial insurance, with increasing responsibility and potential licensure as a Property and Casualty insurance professional.

Manage day-to-day service for a middle-market commercial insurance book, including policy changes, certificates, endorsements, audits, billing, renewals, remarketing, documentation, and client communication. The role requires reviewing insurance documents, coordinating with carriers and producers, and maintaining accurate agency management system records. This is a fully remote position limited to candidates in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, or Maine, with occasional travel to Boston.

The Client Executive will manage strategy and renewals for mid-market commercial clients, ensuring a strong client experience while collaborating with producers and carriers.
