Manages delivery of a federal Level I help desk and multi-tier call center response center. Oversees contractor performance, staffing, work standards, issue resolution, conflict management, and operational improvements. Conducts call center studies, statistical and trend analysis, research, and productivity initiatives. Advises government and senior management, develops briefings and directives, and provides technical leadership, guidance, and recommendations for improving response center operations.

Supports U.S. Coast Guard provisioning and supply activities by reviewing maintenance documentation, validating parts and allowance data, researching NSNs and vendors, maintaining logistics system records, processing supply and cataloging actions, and resolving discrepancies. Coordinates with engineering, supply, cataloging, and maintenance stakeholders while applying Coast Guard provisioning procedures, DoD logistics resources, and concepts such as RCM, LORA, LOMA, and RBS.

Lead acquisition strategy, execution, and industry engagement for the Department of War Drone Marketplace within the UAS PMO. Develop rapid procurement pathways, manage vendors and capability onboarding, conduct market research, support portfolio planning, and create acquisition packages, briefings, white papers, and executive updates. Advise leadership and coordinate high-visibility engagements across defense organizations, agencies, interagency partners, and international stakeholders.
