Manages branch administrative operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, credit applications, contracts, lien and bond processes, personnel paperwork, payroll support, inventory records, DOT compliance documentation, insurance claims, and digital filing. Coordinates with corporate teams, ensures accurate paperwork and billing, supports collections and payments, and serves as a professional contact for visitors and callers.

Drives revenue through inbound lead conversion, outbound prospecting, account development, and customer relationship management. The role qualifies leads, manages a high-volume CRM pipeline, prepares quotes and proposals, recommends technical products and solutions, tracks sales activity, and supports sales growth. Occasional customer or internal travel is required, with less than 5% expected.

Leads and develops outside sales representatives across multiple branches, drives regional revenue and market growth, manages pipelines and forecasts, develops strategic accounts, and supports complex industrial service opportunities. The role requires field coaching, customer relationship management, cross-functional collaboration with operations and engineering, and regular travel throughout the assigned region.
