Provides field leadership, manages equipment and subcontractors, supports safety compliance, trains internal teams, develops best practices, and identifies fleet and technology improvements.

Oversee branch and business operations by managing safety, training, standard operating procedures, KPIs, fleet and labor utilization, inventory, deliveries, and customer satisfaction. Lead operational assessments, continuous improvement, capacity planning, and strategic initiatives while coordinating with branch, regional, corporate, executive, and field leadership.
