Develops territory revenue by prospecting, qualifying leads, managing customer accounts, delivering sales presentations, and creating industrial containment and waste-management solutions. Provides technical support for tanks, boxes, pumps, pipes, hoses, and filtration equipment at job sites. Maintains CRM records, interprets blueprints and CADD documentation, monitors market trends, and collaborates with branch and regional management on sales plans and revenue goals.

Manage branch administrative operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, personnel paperwork, payroll assistance, inventory records, credit applications, lien and bond processes, DOT compliance documentation, and insurance claims. Coordinate information with corporate teams, maintain accurate digital records, support visitors and calls, and ensure timely completion of paperwork and financial processes.

Supports sales operations by qualifying inbound leads, researching bid opportunities, coordinating proposals and prequalifications, preparing quotes, maintaining CRM data, managing certifications and documentation, and assisting with sales onboarding. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, deadline management, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Industry knowledge in dewatering, pumps, geotechnical data, groundwater, or construction is beneficial.
