Support Customer Success and Global Account Managers by executing account management tasks, onboarding customers, resolving issues, analyzing billing/inventory, ensuring SLA compliance, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive account growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Lead global go-to-market enablement for assigned product portfolio: design training assets (videos, e-learning, demos), deliver live trainings for Sales/Pre-Sales/Professional Services, align cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Sales Enablement, and measure/iterate programs using learner feedback and usage data.

Responsible for managing 24/7 data center operations, troubleshooting routing, switching, and firewall environments, while ensuring compliance with ITIL standards.
