Partner with senior leaders across a global Digital Business Unit sales organization to align HR strategy with business priorities. Lead organizational design, change initiatives, job evaluations, retention planning, succession reviews, performance programs, executive onboarding, and leadership development. Use workforce analytics and dashboards to provide strategic insights, collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Employee Relations, and advise executives across LATAM, North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Build and deploy predictive models, machine learning systems, generative AI solutions, LLM workflows, RAG architectures, and multi-agent systems. Optimize AI economics, model performance, cost, latency, and token efficiency. Collaborate with product, operations, finance, sales, and business leaders to develop automation roadmaps. Own ML projects from problem framing through deployment, monitoring, governance, and translating insights into BI dashboards.

Digitize, restore, remediate, and reformat historic analog and digital visual media in a digital studio. Maintain project logs, asset tracking, archival reports, metadata, chain-of-custody records, and secure file delivery procedures. Collaborate with clients and studio teams on technical information exchange, equipment calibration, quality control, troubleshooting, and high-volume project completion.
