Facilitates the mine’s respirable dust sampling and occupational health programs under MSHA regulations. Collects and submits dust samples, maintains monitoring instruments, audits records, evaluates dust controls, trains miners, supports regulatory compliance, and recommends procedural or equipment improvements. The role works closely with operations, safety personnel, MSHA representatives, and other government agencies in a continuous mining operation.
