Lead development and delivery of employment services for migrants, managing project planning, budgeting, reporting, employer engagement, curriculum development and stakeholder coordination. Line-manage a small team, oversee contracts and monitor project progress, ensure compliance, support M&E and funding proposals, and deliver services across Dublin and nationwide project locations.

Develop and manage employer partnerships to create job pathways for refugees, asylum-seekers and migrants. Conduct outreach, negotiate agreements, organise employer events, maintain job listings and match clients to roles. Produce guidance materials, maintain records and reports, support project planning, and travel to project locations nationwide.

Advise on programme quality, policy and SOPs for Migration Department; draft and maintain policy documents; support protection mainstreaming, programme cycle management, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure compliance with legislation and Red Cross Movement best practice.

Support the organisation's risk management, policy control and internal audit processes. Maintain risk and policy documents, act as RedFlare admin, provide administrative support to the Audit and Risk Committee, assist with internal audit tenders and implementation, and support compliance matters across volunteer and staff initiatives.
