Provide phone, email, and other-channel support for IRIS Accountancy software users. Investigate software and process questions, explain solutions, manage cases through resolution, escalate complex issues, and contribute to support knowledge. The role requires foundational finance, tax, or accounting knowledge, clear communication, logical problem-solving, organization, accuracy, empathy, and willingness to learn. It is hybrid, with at least three days weekly in the Slough office.

Generate and qualify new-business opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Manage a sales pipeline and CRM records, meet revenue and activity targets, conduct consultative prospect conversations, and collaborate with Account Executives to advance opportunities. Build market and product knowledge, share best practices, support junior colleagues, and improve sales conversion processes.

Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for North American vacancies, from intake and job advertising through sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offers, and negotiations. Partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, maintain accurate ATS records, manage multiple priorities, and provide a positive candidate experience. Recruit across sales, customer operations, professional services, payroll, product, engineering, finance, and operations within a global software company.
