Leads electrical testing, failure analysis, root-cause investigations, test method development, process validation, and manufacturing support for regulated medical devices. Troubleshoots PCBAs and electronic assemblies, analyzes reliability and field data, supports CAPA and nonconformance investigations, drives corrective actions, and improves test automation, yield, quality, and product reliability. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and design teams while ensuring FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 60601, and QMS compliance. Provides technical leadership and mentorship.

Designs, programs, integrates, troubleshoots, and maintains industrial automation systems for manufacturing assembly and packaging. Responsibilities include PLC control logic, industrial networking, HMI and SCADA development, system commissioning, root cause analysis, cybersecurity, MES/ERP integration, documentation, operator training, and preventive maintenance support. Collaborates with mechanical, electrical, IT, and production teams while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Analyzes complex sales data, develops reporting infrastructure, and provides decision intelligence for sales and partner management teams. Responsibilities include KPI tracking, forecasting, quota setting, territory planning, dashboard management, strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-functional analytics initiatives. The role builds reusable data and operating capabilities, translates ambiguous business needs into actionable recommendations, and communicates insights to sales leaders and executives.
