The Senior Financial Analyst will support operations FP&A through budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, ROI modeling, expense management, and monthly close activities. The role partners with operations, supply chain, cost accounting, and senior business leaders to deliver insights, track performance, support strategic projects, and manage financial risks and opportunities. This hybrid position requires 2–3 days onsite in Orange County.

Supports global HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including service requests, onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, HR transactions, audits, reporting, and process improvements. Maintains accurate records in Workday and related systems, resolves employee and manager inquiries, coordinates with HR partners and business stakeholders, and contributes to documentation, automation, compliance, and service delivery improvements.

Leads Workday and HRIS configuration, optimization, implementations, upgrades, reporting, integrations, testing, and data governance. Partners with stakeholders to design scalable HR technology solutions supporting time tracking, scheduling, and other HR processes. Develops dashboards and analytics, documents procedures, resolves complex system issues, and mentors HRIS analysts while driving continuous improvement.
