Prepare, clean, analyze, and validate data to answer business questions and identify trends. Create reports, dashboards, visualizations, and clear narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Investigate routine data issues, document analytical methods, collaborate with data and business teams, improve reusable workflows, and responsibly use approved AI tools while protecting confidential information. The role includes extensive training and mentoring within a graduate program.

Provides first-line support for trading and market data clients, troubleshoots product issues, logs and investigates cases, performs basic root cause analysis, escalates complex problems, maintains support documentation, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams. The 12-month graduate program includes structured training and mentoring, with potential permanent employment for strong performers.

Own and grow strategic trading client relationships across ANZ. Manage account plans, executive engagement, renewals, retention, upsell, cross-sell, licensing negotiations, forecasting, and revenue growth. Support clients in implementing and optimizing Global Trading and Market Data products, coordinate internal teams, resolve complex issues, and share market insights with product and development teams.
