Lead Group Finance operations including financial accounting, treasury, AR/AP, month- and year-end close, external audit and IFRS reporting. Drive finance transformation, internal controls, risk management, ERP and finance systems roadmap, automation and AI enablement. Manage and mentor a ~19-person team, deliver consolidated Group and APAC subsidiary reports, and support governance, Board/ARC papers and treasury operations.

Support Group Strategy on CEO/Board-mandated and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate workstreams, run analysis, track strategic initiatives, support annual and 5-year planning, prepare executive-level presentations, and help deliver strategic forums like QBRs and Strategic Councils.

Lead product development of advice capabilities within Xplan by translating complex financial advice and regulatory requirements into scalable product logic and workflows. Drive discovery, define product requirements, partner with design and engineering, ensure regulatory alignment and remediation, align delivery to OKRs, support go-to-market readiness, and monitor post-launch outcomes with stakeholders and customers.
