Lead Group Finance operations including financial accounting, treasury, AR/AP, month- and year-end close, external audit and IFRS reporting. Drive finance transformation, internal controls, risk management, ERP and finance systems roadmap, automation and AI enablement. Manage and mentor a ~19-person team, deliver consolidated Group and APAC subsidiary reports, and support governance, Board/ARC papers and treasury operations.

Support Group Strategy on CEO/Board-mandated and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate workstreams, run analysis, track strategic initiatives, support annual and 5-year planning, prepare executive-level presentations, and help deliver strategic forums like QBRs and Strategic Councils.

Lead and develop a Risk Business Partner function, set partnering standards, provide enterprise risk oversight, assure controls and incident management, deliver data-driven risk reporting, and advise executives on strategic and emerging risks.
