Coordinates production scheduling, material planning, inventory management, warehouse transfers, purchase orders, freight, and co-manufacturing activities across multiple locations. Reviews material requirements, manages safety stock and obsolete inventory, optimizes production around allergens and changeovers, coordinates cycle counts, and leads scheduling reviews with production, maintenance, and quality teams. Monitors service, inventory, and operational KPIs while supporting broader supply chain functions.

Leads HR operations for the French organization as a business partner to managers and leadership. Oversees payroll, personnel administration, labor-law compliance, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, compensation reviews, employee relations, HR metrics, temporary workforce management, and general services. The role also supports organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, health and safety, and local and regional HR projects during a nine-month maternity leave replacement.
