Prepare product quotations and tenders, manage pricing for strategic customers, book contracts, and support commercial negotiations. Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations while helping implement and use M3 and Salesforce CPQ systems. Track pricing performance against budget, support pricing processes, and contribute to cross-functional business integration. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, communication, process-management, and business-partnering skills.

Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, including parcel, LTL, and truckload deliveries. Reviews orders, bills of lading, PRO numbers, materials, transfers, and shipment documentation for accuracy. Supports warehouse scheduling, loading, inventory discrepancy investigations, freight claims, returns, and customer inquiries. Uses Infor M3 to manage shipping processes, communicates appointment schedules, identifies shortages, and helps ensure safe, timely, and accurate transportation operations.

Lead commercial development and sustainable growth across Germany’s B2B food manufacturing market. Manage strategic accounts, develop new business, execute sales strategies, monitor forecasts and budgets, and build customer and partner relationships. Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations on customer solutions and innovation projects. Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events while achieving sales, profitability, and business development targets.
