Lead all operations at the Union City food plant, developing strategy and master schedules, driving performance, continuous improvement, asset productivity, organizational health, safety/compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to meet growth and customer service goals.

Lead North American central supply chain operations: manage S&OP, inventory and capacity planning, coordinate with manufacturing and TPMs, oversee import/export, track KPIs and financials, drive continuous improvement, and resolve day-to-day operational issues to meet OTIF and service goals.
