Support the commercial real estate team with financial underwriting, property operations analysis, lease review, construction management, market research, due diligence, and prepare internal reports for senior management. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; attention to detail and Excel proficiency. 8-10 week paid, in-office internship.

Support the controller with accounts payable/receivable, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, lease and property CAM setups in Yardi, 1099 preparation, journal entries, tenant deposits, and auditing move-outs while meeting deadlines and assisting asset managers.
