Support the controller with accounts payable/receivable, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, lease and property CAM setups in Yardi, 1099 preparation, journal entries, tenant deposits, and auditing move-outs while meeting deadlines and assisting asset managers.

Manage the front desk, greet visitors, direct calls, handle mail and shipments, coordinate office vendors and conference rooms, maintain shared spaces, order supplies and refreshments, and provide administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation.
