As an Expert Detailing Representative, you'll drive healthcare provider engagement, support digital initiatives, meet sales targets, and ensure compliance while building strong relationships with HCPs.

Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out per protocol, contract, SOP and GCP. Oversee multiple studies/sites, train and communicate with sites, evaluate compliance and quality, report issues to PM/manager, track enrollment/CRF completion/data queries, maintain monitoring documentation and visit reports, manage site study finances, collaborate cross-functionally, and complete other manager-assigned tasks.

Lead and manage site activation activities across a multi-country region, overseeing site selection, regulatory/ethics submissions, contracting, and start-up execution. Develop and implement site activation plans, provide regulatory intelligence, coordinate stakeholders, maintain tracking systems and reporting, support bids, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol, and company standards.
