Owns regional month-end and year-end close, financial control, statutory compliance, audits, revenue recognition, balance sheet reconciliations, and working capital support across multiple entities. The role leads regional accounting processes, collaborates with auditors, tax advisors, sales, legal, and operations, and provides functional leadership to an accountant. It also develops finance processes, ensures IFRS compliance, and supports cross-border, multi-currency reporting and shared-services collaboration.

Coordinates HR administration, executive support, finance tasks, office and facilities operations, events, shipping, visitors, vendors, and general departmental support. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, benefits and payroll assistance, compliance documentation, CEO travel planning, expense support, mail processing, supplies, event planning, and maintaining a welcoming Denver office environment.

Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, internal developer tooling, infrastructure as code, automated testing, security scanning, monitoring, and deployment processes. The role supports engineering teams, improves release velocity, troubleshoots build and deployment issues, evaluates development tools, applies AI-assisted engineering practices, and participates in on-call support.
