Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, internal developer tooling, infrastructure as code, automated testing, security scanning, monitoring, and deployment processes. The role supports engineering teams, improves release velocity, troubleshoots build and deployment issues, evaluates development tools, applies AI-assisted engineering practices, and participates in on-call support.

Supports pre-sales activities for geospatial software serving telecommunications and utility customers. Responsibilities include qualifying opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, defining solution architectures, responding to RFPs, gathering requirements, delivering consultative presentations, supporting channel partners, and communicating customer feedback to product management. The role requires strong GIS and telco or utility industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, fluency in Spanish and English, and travel to offices or client sites as needed.

Provide Japanese- and English-language technical support for IQGeo geospatial software used by utility and telecommunications customers. Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and configuration issues; consult with clients on operational processes; manage support cases across phone, email, and service desk systems; follow up on resolutions; and report product defects to engineering. The role requires GIS, software implementation, customer support, SQL, open-source technology, and problem-solving expertise.
