Lead middle-office operations for hedge fund and private equity clients: manage trade and position reconciliations, oversee fund accounting and performance estimates, support client onboarding, mentor junior staff, handle escalations, and improve processes while liaising with fund administrators, auditors, and tax teams.

Lead and deliver the client compliance programme for supervised Jersey clients, acting as MLCO for designated portfolios. Design and run risk-based compliance monitoring, oversee testing and remediation, report to boards, advise on AML/CFT risks, and coach junior staff to ensure consistent, high-quality compliance delivery.

Lead and enhance the Group Financial Crime Compliance programme, developing policies, BRAs, risk registers, client screening tools, training, regulatory horizon scanning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure strong global anti-financial crime controls and adherence to evolving laws and best practices.
