Lead corporate secretarial functions for a portfolio of fund structures: coordinate board/committee meetings, prepare board packs and minutes, manage complex transactions (refinancing, amendments, share issuances, distributions), maintain AML/CFT and regulatory compliance, oversee entity lifecycle and statutory filings, manage billing and fee issues, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Lead global network architecture and operations, enforce zero-trust security, and manage incident/problem/escalation processes. Design and review HLD/LLD for LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, internet edge and cloud. Oversee SD‑WAN (Meraki), NSX/VXLAN overlays, SAN connectivity, monitoring, vendor/ISP escalations, and performance tuning. Drive automation (Python, PowerShell, Ansible), mentor engineers, and ensure readiness, documentation, and SLA adherence.

Manage a portfolio of fund/corporate clients, resolve complex client issues, review tax computations and financial statements, ensure regulatory compliance, implement standards and software updates, coach and develop staff, and maintain information security and ISMS compliance.
