Advise MAS-regulated financial institutions on compliance requirements, establish and enhance compliance functions, develop manuals and monitoring programs, conduct regulatory reviews, manage regulatory and industry projects, and prepare MAS-related regulatory reports and updates. The role requires knowledge of Singapore fund management regulations, stakeholder management, strong English communication, and adaptability.

Leads the EMEA Credit Control function, setting strategy, governance, policies, and operating standards. Builds and manages a high-performing multinational team, implements technology-enabled credit control solutions, and partners with finance leaders, client services, and clients on escalations. Improves cash collection, working capital, and lock-up days through reporting, debtor-risk management, aged-debt resolution, and continuous process improvement.
