Supports regulatory compliance and AML/CFT activities, including KYC reviews, client due diligence, sanctions screening, account verification, file reviews, gap analysis, and remedial actions. Provides FATCA and CRS compliance support, monitors regulatory developments, updates procedures, responds to compliance queries, escalates risks, and collaborates with stakeholders across jurisdictions. The role also supports junior colleagues and protects information assets.

Leads the Singapore corporate secretarial practice, overseeing client relationships, statutory compliance, governance activities, corporate actions, regulatory filings, operational performance, risk controls, and process improvements. Manages complex entity portfolios and advises investment-sector clients. Provides strategic leadership, workforce planning, mentoring, performance management, and team development while supporting business growth, transformation initiatives, and cross-selling opportunities.

Advise MAS-regulated financial institutions on compliance requirements, establish and enhance compliance functions, develop manuals and monitoring programs, conduct regulatory reviews, manage regulatory and industry projects, and prepare MAS-related regulatory reports and updates. The role requires knowledge of Singapore fund management regulations, stakeholder management, strong English communication, and adaptability.
