Manage a portfolio of international private wealth clients, delivering trust and company administration services while ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate client correspondence, and operational efficiency. Support senior management, exercise judgment, escalate risks, and deputize when required. Provide technical expertise in trust and corporate structures, taxation principles, fiduciary duties, and relevant laws. Mentor junior colleagues and promote strong client relationships, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Supports corporate governance and company administration for clients, including maintaining statutory records, updating signatories and bank mandates, processing director, auditor, and share changes, completing regulatory filings, and supporting compliance reporting. The role is client-facing and suited to recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who want to develop expertise in corporate services, governance, and financial services.

Leads private equity fund administration engagements, managing client relationships, financial reporting, journal entries, capital calls, distributions, performance calculations, audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews. Oversees deliverables, interprets limited partnership agreements, improves operational processes, prioritizes client requests, and trains junior staff. Requires progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or alternative asset firms, plus strong accounting and finance expertise and a bachelor’s degree.
