Independently manages client relationships and provides regulatory compliance advice within financial services. Leads FCA applications, regulatory change initiatives, health checks, compliance monitoring reviews, documentation, policies, procedures, and reporting. Advises clients on regulatory risks and practical solutions, mentors junior colleagues, supports training and business development, and ensures strong compliance frameworks.

Lead the development of DevOps frameworks and infrastructure automation across cloud and on-premises environments. Build Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, security controls, and orchestration solutions. Support containerized and GPU-accelerated AI platforms, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, conduct root cause analysis, document architecture, and mentor engineers while driving automation, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Manage day-to-day accounting and client relationships for private equity, real estate, credit, and debt funds. Responsibilities include fund accounting, reconciliations, NAV calculations, financial statements, investor reporting, regulatory requirements, client queries, deadline management, issue resolution, and collaboration with auditors and investment managers. The role also involves reviewing working papers, mentoring junior team members, improving processes, and supporting client deliverables.
