Teams at iQ Credit Union

Supports credit union members with cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and account issue resolution. Promotes and cross-sells financial products, conducts follow-up calls, meets service and sales goals, maintains accurate cash drawers, and complies with BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, security, and transaction regulations. Participates in coaching, branch activities, sales meetings, and professional development while enrolled in the required iQ High School Campus Branch Program.

Supports credit union members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, cash handling, account inquiries, and transaction resolution. Promotes and cross-sells financial products, conducts follow-up calls, maintains accurate cash drawers, participates in sales meetings and coaching, and complies with BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, security awareness, and other applicable regulations. Requires active enrollment in an iQ-sponsored Campus Branch Program.

Maintains financial accounts under GAAP, supports monthly and year-end close, prepares regulatory and tax reporting, performs lease, fixed asset, loan participation, and general ledger accounting, and assists with audits, budgets, internal controls, policies, and vendor management. The role requires regulatory compliance, confidentiality, strong Excel skills, and collaboration with the Controller and auditors.
