Serve as the HR Business Partner for Nordic countries, aligning HR strategy with business goals and advising leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, and change. Own Nordic HR operations, multi-country payroll governance, employee lifecycle administration, pensions, benefits, HR systems, labor compliance, union coordination, and systematic work environment management. Use workforce data to identify risks and improve HR processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Owns installed-base growth across a B2B SaaS customer base through segmentation, upsell, cross-sell, ABM, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, advocacy, digital engagement, and customer events. The role generates expansion pipeline and ARR, supports adoption and retention, manages CRM-based campaigns and attribution, and provides commercial insights to leadership. It requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales, plus AI-enabled execution and executive communication.

Lead customer-facing ERP transformation initiatives across distribution, supply chain, warehousing, inventory, logistics, procurement, and finance integration. Responsibilities include discovery workshops, process analysis, solution design, implementation support, demonstrations, proposals, RFP responses, stakeholder engagement, and sales support. The role also mentors junior consultants and contributes to profitable project delivery and consulting best practices.
