Lead market access, pricing, reimbursement and HTA/HEOR strategies across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. Develop reimbursement dossiers, evidence packages, payer engagement materials, and access business cases. Monitor policy, shape access initiatives, support cross-functional planning, and provide data-driven recommendations to enable patient access and commercial success.

Lead the oncology sales organization for the South Central region. Build and execute regional business plans, manage an 8–10 person sales team and budget, recruit/train/coaching, meet/exceed sales targets, ensure regulatory and promotional compliance, partner with Value & Access and reimbursement teams, and develop relationships with payers, integrated health systems, KOLs, and key accounts to drive product access and growth.

This position offers a 12-month apprenticeship in Global Regulatory Affairs, focusing on supporting drug registration, regulatory documentation, and compliance tasks in the oncology sector.
