Supports UK and Ireland regulatory lifecycle submissions, licence maintenance, regulatory changes, authority responses, and regulatory intelligence. Maintains regulatory databases and documentation while assisting with quality systems, change controls, deviations, CAPAs, complaints, inspection readiness, compliance reporting, and KPI generation. Collaborates with Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Global Regulatory Affairs teams, with an initial focus on oncology products.

Lead the medical strategy for Ipsen’s neuroscience portfolio in Mexico, manage and develop an MSL team, and build scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and medical societies. Provide clinical and scientific expertise, support pre-launch activities, regulatory submissions, clinical trials, real-world evidence, publications, advisory boards, and congresses. Ensure compliance with Mexican regulations and company policies while collaborating cross-functionally. Requires medical affairs leadership, pharmaceutical industry experience, clinical expertise, Spanish and English fluency, and travel availability up to 60%.

Leads commercial strategy and sales execution across the Central and South regions, driving market share, customer access, sales targets, and account planning. Manages, coaches, and develops a high-performing sales team through field coaching, performance feedback, and succession planning. Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing and global teams, uses CRM insights to improve customer engagement, develops commercial opportunities, and engages healthcare stakeholders to strengthen Ipsen’s value proposition.
