Leads pharmaceutical due diligence and pipeline strategy for external innovation opportunities. Coordinates cross-functional R&D, clinical, regulatory, CMC, finance, legal, commercial, and medical stakeholders; manages data-room reviews, risk assessments, development plans, cost models, governance materials, and portfolio monitoring. Supports asset onboarding, transition, integration, prioritization, and enterprise decision-making across Ipsen’s therapeutic areas.

Lead Cell Line Development and Upstream Process Development for biologic products from candidate selection through commercial manufacturing. Provide scientific leadership across CMC programs, optimize mammalian and microbial processes, support scale-up and technology transfer, contribute to regulatory submissions, assess new product opportunities, collaborate with CDMOs and cross-functional teams, and mentor junior scientists.

Supports clinical operations and evidence-generation studies across planning, initiation, conduct, and closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams and service providers, managing study timelines and budgets, supporting regulatory and ethical approvals, maintaining clinical systems and trial documentation, monitoring study performance and data quality, and contributing to reporting, registry postings, and trial archiving. Work covers interventional and non-interventional studies, secondary data research, and projects in oncology, rare diseases, or neuroscience.
