Teams at Ipsen

Manages end-to-end financial governance and operating costs for Global Digital and IT. Responsibilities include budget execution, forecasting, purchase and invoice lifecycle management, accruals, financial close activities, cost allocation, cloud spend optimization, dashboards, ROI analysis, audit coordination, CAPA oversight, and contract lifecycle governance. The role partners with Finance, Procurement, vendors, and IT leadership to improve transparency, control, compliance, and value realization.

Manage setup, maintenance, quality control and archiving of TMF/eTMF; track study status in clinical systems; coordinate contracts, invoices and finance follow-up; collect and disclose transfers of value (EFPIA/Sunshine Act) in COLLECT; support site/study documentation, logistics and audits; liaise with service providers and study teams to ensure compliance and inspection readiness.

Provides strategic legal counsel to Ipsen’s Rare Disease portfolio and pipeline, advising R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Patient Safety, and commercial teams. Drafts and negotiates clinical, manufacturing, supply, research, licensing, confidentiality, and commercial agreements. Supports transactions, due diligence, partnerships, integration, risk mitigation, external counsel management, policy development, and legal training. Requires a qualified lawyer with 8+ years of experience, life sciences expertise, multinational contract-law experience, and fluent English and French.
