The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, initiative, adaptability, and enthusiasm for technology and sales.

Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems for proxy and VPN infrastructure using Golang. Build systems that select optimal IP addresses, integrate MySQL, ClickHouse, Redis, and Kafka, and use Docker and GitLab for deployment and automation. Collaborate on new features, optimize application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and maintain clean, reliable code for high-load environments.

Lead the global HR function for a 150-person technology company. Responsibilities include developing the HR team and roadmap, building learning and leadership programs, advising executives on organizational design and performance, managing compensation and benefits, overseeing performance reviews, ensuring Lithuanian labor-law compliance, improving HR systems and automation, and driving company-wide AI enablement.
