Owns day-to-day accounting operations, financial close, reporting, general ledger, AP/AR, inventory and COGS accounting, commissions, cash flow, tax coordination, budgeting, forecasting, systems improvement, and internal controls. The Controller will lead four direct reports, clean up accounting processes, improve financial infrastructure, and provide financial insights to the CEO in a fast-growing B2B distribution business.

Manage a remote team of 5–10 junior Account Executives to drive pipeline creation, enforce activity standards, improve CRM hygiene, coach performance, expand account penetration, and translate VP strategy into daily rep behaviors to increase team pipeline and revenue.

As an Account Executive, you will build relationships, develop new sales opportunities, manage client communications, and ensure customer satisfaction in promotional products.
