Owns customer segmentation, personalization, automation, campaign calendars, experimentation, execution, deliverability, and performance measurement. Partners with marketing, analytics, merchandising, e-commerce, retail operations, agencies, and technology teams to improve retention, engagement, customer value, and incremental revenue. Requires hands-on CRM platform expertise, strong analytical skills, omnichannel coordination, and regular travel to retail markets.

Processes high-volume, multi-state bi-weekly payroll; maintains Paylocity and employee data; manages tax compliance, deductions, audits, reporting, reconciliations, and payroll inquiries. Supports onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave administration, personnel records, HR compliance, manager training, and process improvement. Collaborates with HR, Finance, store leadership, and vendors to ensure accurate payroll and effective HR operations.

As a Supervisor, you will enhance pet parents' experience, assist in store management, provide product knowledge, and ensure a clean environment while performing operational duties.
