The Senior Tax Specialist manages complex tax accounting and compliance activities, including ASC 740 provisions, U.S. and foreign tax filings, international tax reporting, OECD Pillar Two, transfer pricing, audits, tax planning, and strategic projects. The role coordinates with global finance teams and external advisors, researches technical tax matters, maintains audit-ready documentation, and leads process improvement initiatives.

Oversee U.S., union, and Canadian benefits administration, including health, retirement, enrollment, payroll deductions, compliance, billing, vendor coordination, and escalated employee inquiries. Lead and coach the benefits team, manage Dayforce validation and data corrections, coordinate open enrollment, support audits and renewals, and drive process improvements and benefits-related projects.

Manages existing customer relationships and expands business across assigned U.S. and Canadian accounts. Responsibilities include sales coverage, budgeting, forecasting, market development, prospecting, product trials, customer support coordination, trade-show participation, and collaboration with marketing and product development. The role requires industrial packaging sales expertise, strategic planning, negotiation, strong communication, and travel up to 50%.
