Provides technical support for executives, manufacturing teams, computer hardware, software, meeting rooms, and helpdesk tickets. Troubleshoots issues, resolves or escalates incidents, images computers, manages Windows, Office, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange environments, and participates in off-hours support. Travel to remote company sites may be required.

Develops operator dashboards, real-time visualization tools, and control interfaces for high-energy laser defense systems. Responsibilities include C++/C# and Qt/QML GUI development, telemetry and video integration, usability testing with operators, AR visualization, secure coding, code reviews, CI, and compliance with cybersecurity and usability standards.

Designs, implements, and validates embedded firmware for laser, thermal, and beam-control subsystems. Develops deterministic state machines, safety interlocks, firing sequences, real-time communications, and closed-loop PID/feed-forward controls. Supports board bring-up, hardware-software integration, debugging, testing, CI practices, verification, configuration control, cybersecurity, and field testing in accordance with MIL-STD requirements. Collaborates with optical, electrical, and systems engineers on directed-energy platforms.
