Supports development of precision electromechanical systems from concept through design, assembly, controls integration, and testing. Responsibilities include creating CAD models and drawings, integrating mechanical and electrical components, developing control software, supporting PLC and HMI implementation, troubleshooting prototypes, documenting results, and presenting project outcomes.

Supports and enhances Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing and integrations with ERP and MES systems. Gathers and documents requirements, facilitates stakeholder workshops, translates needs into functional specifications and user stories, supports CRM processes, leads UAT, and assists with data migration, deployment, cutover, training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Own the product strategy and roadmap for software in the IPG Systems BU. Gather customer and stakeholder input, define prioritized requirements and PRDs, manage backlog and sprint planning, partner with engineering on releases, support go-to-market activities, and track product success metrics like adoption, NPS, and revenue impact.
