Manage and improve finance and controlling processes on the global Infor M3 CloudSuite platform. Configure, test, document, and release ERP solutions; support integrations; participate in digital transformation projects; and resolve complex business-critical incidents. The role partners with Finance, Controlling, IT, and global stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions and drive continuous process improvement.

Owns IPCO's global Digital Workplace strategy, roadmap, and service environment, including Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints, collaboration tools, ServiceNow ITSM, the IT Service Portal, and Service Desk governance. Leads onboarding and offboarding automation, supplier and contract management, service performance, budgets, continuous improvement, and global transformation projects while partnering with HR, communications, security, and IT stakeholders.

Support the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring. Provide technical review, coordinate contractors and suppliers, prepare documentation and reports, identify and mitigate risks, and facilitate team communication. Travel within India and abroad as required.

Support sales with technical testing and process validation, run lab and pilot tests, prepare technical reports, assist equipment start-ups and commissioning, act as Rotoformer/ScatterPro specialist, collaborate with engineering/service teams, maintain lab safety and chemical inventory, and travel up to 30%.
