Lead and integrate Ipas Nigeria's program portfolio ensuring strategic alignment, program quality, financial and risk oversight, donor stewardship, stakeholder engagement, and M&E. Drive program performance, compliance, fundraising, learning, and team leadership while strengthening governance, systems, and partnerships to scale impact.

Coordinate procurement and logistics to ensure timely, compliant, and cost‑effective acquisition and delivery of goods and services. Support procurement planning, supplier sourcing and contract documentation, liaise with finance for payments, maintain audit-ready records, perform market research and supplier assessments, and coordinate transport and operational logistics to enable program delivery.

Manage front desk and office coordination, provide administrative and facility support, track utilities and inventory, maintain records and reports, ensure compliance and office standards, and support efficient day-to-day operations.
