The Country Director leads Ipas Nigeria's strategic and operational initiatives, managing a diverse team to enhance women's access to reproductive health services, ensure compliance, and foster partnerships for sustainable impact.

Plan and implement capacity-building, mentoring, and monitoring to strengthen FP, MR, PAC, and GBV services in urban health facilities. Ensure facility readiness, data quality, training delivery, and coordination with government and partners. Provide technical inputs for reports, supervise on-site mentoring, and support health systems strengthening and stigma-reduction activities.

The Senior Advisor will lead initiatives to expand abortion access through community partnerships, manage programming, supervise staff, and engage with local and global networks.
