Lead strategy and execution for individual giving, personally manage major and principal donor relationships, grow unrestricted philanthropic revenue, coach and develop an Individual Giving team, and coordinate with executive leadership, communications, finance, and global programs using fundraising analytics and portfolio management.

Provides strategic leadership for reproductive health commodity supply chains across global, regional, and country programs. Leads forecasting, procurement, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, LMIS, quality assurance, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, capacity building, and partnership development. Supports resource mobilization, donor engagement, regulatory access, pharmacovigilance, and supply chain strengthening in low-resource and humanitarian settings.

Provide administrative, logistical, and office support for the Islamabad head office, including facility and inventory management, travel and vendor coordination, procurement support, supervision of cleaning and kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and documentation for audits.
