Senior program leader accountable for strategic stewardship and governance of the Audacious investment. Designs governance, results-based management, risk/compliance, financial stewardship, and learning systems; coordinates country and global teams, manages donor relations and reporting, drives adaptive strategy, and ensures safeguarding and value-for-money across multi-country implementation.

Plan and implement capacity-building, mentoring, and monitoring to strengthen FP, MR, PAC, and GBV services in urban health facilities. Ensure facility readiness, data quality, training delivery, and coordination with government and partners. Provide technical inputs for reports, supervise on-site mentoring, and support health systems strengthening and stigma-reduction activities.

The Senior Advisor will lead initiatives to expand abortion access through community partnerships, manage programming, supervise staff, and engage with local and global networks.
