Ipas Benefits Overview

Manages Ipas’s strategic partnership and resource mobilization efforts in Canada. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating institutional donors, foundations, corporate partners, and collaborators; maintaining opportunity pipelines; developing engagement strategies; supporting proposals, budgets, results frameworks, and donor-facing materials; coordinating cross-functional reviews; and strengthening partnerships aligned with reproductive justice and Ipas’s mission.

Develops and manages strategic partnerships and donor pipelines across Asia for Ipas. Responsibilities include identifying funders and collaborators, analyzing opportunities, supporting donor engagement, preparing proposals and concept notes, developing budgets and results frameworks, coordinating reviews, contributing to external communications, and advising on partnership and consortium strategies. The role requires strong fundraising, business development, proposal-writing, communication, coordination, and reproductive justice expertise, with travel of up to 30%.

Develops and manages institutional donor, foundation, corporate, and strategic partner relationships across Africa. Responsibilities include opportunity pipeline development, funder intelligence, engagement planning, partnership strategy, proposal and concept note development, budget and results framework coordination, quality assurance, and donor communications. The role supports resource mobilization, cross-network collaboration, and stewardship of donor resources while advancing reproductive justice and Ipas’s mission.
