Contact guarantors and business owners about past-due accounts, negotiate payment solutions, and restore delinquent accounts to current status. Monitor account activity, document collection efforts, update tracking systems, conduct outbound calls and skip tracing, coordinate payment modification plans, and provide weekly status reports to management while following loss mitigation policies and procedures.

Support Account Executives/Business Growth Advisors by qualifying leads, entering and expediting loan applications, cultivating broker and client relationships, troubleshooting partner issues, and maintaining deep product knowledge to present appropriate loan offers.

Processes commercial loan applications by verifying customer and business information, preparing credit documentation, reviewing financial data, maintaining customer records, and supporting loan processing and customer service. Collaborates with inside and outside sales teams to provide product and technical support while handling administrative tasks and contributing to team goals.

Guide merchants through loan closing via recorded calls, complete pre-closing due diligence, assist with identity verification and platform access, handle post-closing inquiries, maintain accurate records and calendar, upload documents, review agreements, coordinate with sales, risk, and production teams, and provide cross-coverage for closings.
