Own U.S. federal sales of Capella DaaS subscriptions, SAR imagery and analytics, tasking capacity, and satellite systems. Build pipeline across defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies; shape requirements; navigate federal acquisition vehicles; lead proposal and win strategies; develop prime and integrator partnerships; close complex multi-year contracts; maintain forecasts; and relay customer intelligence to product and engineering teams.

Owns New Product Introduction and manufacturing engineering for control electronics subsystems. Responsibilities include building and testing prototypes, transitioning designs to production, applying DFM/DFA/DFT principles, developing assembly and test documentation, creating process flows, supporting system integration, troubleshooting hardware/software interfaces, and collaborating with design, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing partners. The role is onsite in College Park, Maryland, with up to 10% travel.

Leads IonQ’s Resilience Engineering and Operations team supporting a commercial fleet of hosted quantum computers. Responsibilities include fleet operations, incident response, operational readiness, deployment support, maintenance, inventory and sparing, reliability improvement, performance metrics, and team development. The role requires technical leadership across physics, engineering, vendors, and customers, while establishing durable processes and a follow-the-sun operating model. The position is onsite in Bothell, Washington, with on-call responsibilities.
