Lead architecture and roadmap for the software-factory: build and operate CI/CD pipelines, embed security and policy into delivery, manage releases and dependencies, author and test IaC, run vulnerability and compliance operations, build internal developer self-service platforms, automate with agentic workflows, and mentor engineering teams to scale secure, automated delivery.

Develop, maintain, and support R&D software; ensure stability and reliability; own SDLC; improve observability, and mentor team members.
