The Country Manager will lead sales growth, build high-performing teams, and establish market presence. Responsibilities include strategic planning, revenue growth, team leadership, and fostering partnerships.

Lead architecture and roadmap for the software-factory (CI/CD) to enable secure, automated delivery. Build and operate pipeline platforms, IaC modules, dependency and supply-chain security (SBOM, signing), release governance, vulnerability scanning and closure, secrets and identity operations, and agentic automation. Mentor teams and align cross-functional groups to scale developer self-service and secure delivery.

Owner of backend services for a network and security platform: build high-throughput telemetry ingestion, time-series storage, real-time processing, and APIs. Implement event streaming, cloud-native deployments (Kubernetes, Terraform), observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus), and operational reliability including on-call and incident response. Translate architecture into production-grade code (Go/Rust), mentor engineers, and drive cross-team technical decisions.
