Supports IonQ’s government affairs activity across Europe by monitoring policy, regulatory, and funding developments; preparing briefings and policy analysis; coordinating meetings with policymakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders; supporting government programs, funding opportunities, partnerships, and industry initiatives; and collaborating with commercial, legal, communications, and technical teams.

Develops and manages lighthouse channel, reseller, systems integrator, distributor, and telecommunications partnerships across EMEA. The role originates and co-sells quantum technology opportunities, builds partner capabilities, manages regional pipeline and forecasting, coordinates global and regional teams, and converts early customer engagements into repeatable sales motions, reference wins, and sustained revenue growth.

Leads global manufacturing programs and customer-site deployments for quantum computing systems. Coordinates engineering, research, supply chain, logistics, facilities, security, vendors, and customers to manage production, site readiness, installation, commissioning, risks, and handover across international programs.
