Provides administrative and executive support to multiple leaders across time zones. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting and event logistics, attendee communications, and team space and office logistics in Bothell. The role also serves as backup to the Senior Executive Assistant and requires strong organization, prioritization, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Own the product backlog for IonQ’s developer tools and compiler, including SDKs, compilation and optimization toolchains, simulators, and quantum framework integrations. Translate developer and customer needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities. Partner closely with engineering and QA through development and release, participate in agile ceremonies, coordinate documentation and enablement, and measure adoption and quality after launch.

Develop and operate software controllers for quantum-computing support hardware, from device protocols through reliable fleet services. Responsibilities include API design, implementation, rollout, health monitoring, alerting, and integrating instruments such as compressors, lasers, wavemeters, and sensors. The role requires systems programming, hardware communication, resilience against unreliable external dependencies, and collaboration with software, systems, and quantum science teams. Rust development, production ownership, and cross-disciplinary communication are important.
