Coordinates auditions, rehearsals, technical integrations, and live performances for a collegiate musical theatre ensemble. Maintains production documentation, schedules, rehearsal reports, and communication channels; facilitates production meetings; supervises backstage crews; coordinates technical cues, actor check-ins, safety protocols, and fight or dance calls. Requires strong organization, leadership, diplomacy, technical theatre familiarity, adaptability, and availability for evening rehearsals and performances.

Conduct prospect identification, wealth screening, and donor research for major and principal gift fundraising. Analyze advancement and constituent data, create prospect profiles, dashboards, and reports, maintain Raiser's Edge data integrity, and establish scalable screening and prospect-management processes. The role collaborates with gift officers, Advancement leadership, Information Technology, and Advancement Services while supporting data migration, enrichment, deduplication, and workflow improvements through technology and automation.

Advise prospective, transfer, and enrolled undergraduate students on course selection, degree requirements, majors, minors, transfer credits, academic standing, and graduation planning. Maintain student records, conduct milestone degree reviews, resolve curriculum and policy questions, communicate with students, support front-desk operations, and coordinate with academic and student-support offices to promote persistence and timely degree completion.
