Responsibilities include technical service, color matching, ink production, dispensing, quality control testing, inventory management, customer support, issue resolution, documentation, technician coordination and training, operational support, and quality audits. The role requires ink-industry experience, supervisory experience, color vision, batch manufacturing skills, computer proficiency, and strong communication, math, and record-keeping abilities.
